After working closely in 2022 with Burwell Associates and Grand Bay Construction on The Heritage – A VIE Legacy Show Home developed in Heritage Dunes by Bella Mare Real Estate Holdings, the team came together again alongside interior designer Duce May of Duce & Company to produce several more homes in this private enclave off Scenic Highway 30-A. This is one of the homes that followed the Show Home, taking cues from its high-quality finishes and the exceptional use of space and craftsmanship this team brings to the table.
CHALLENGES
Considering this home’s location so close to the Gulf of Mexico, the design ultimately emphasizes the stunning views. This means the windows and doors must be of high quality and beautiful design to create safety in an environment where high winds and moisture can be issues, plus consistency in the look and feel throughout each space. This home also has four stories, so top-quality stair parts were needed to continue the luxurious and airy theme of the house.
